Legendary door panels rant!

About 3 years ago i bought a set of black deluxe door panels from them for my Scamp,these are the one's with the wood-grain.
Along the top and bottom of the wood-grain runs a thin piece of chrome trim type material(not sure what it's made of) anyhow about a month ago the trim on the drivers door had a spot about an inch long that was coming loose,now the right door has a piece about 6inches long that is literally falling off!! :x
On Mon. i sent them an e-mail about it and asked if there was a way i could repair it,i even offered to send them pix of the trim.
Well here it is Fri. and i haven't heard a single word from them!If this is how they do business i'll never buy there products again,i'll find nice used stuff before i'll buy from them again! :x
When i pulled the old panels off the trim was still intact and in good shape,the reason i changed them in the first place is because the originals had been dyed and looked like crap!

OK,Rant OFF!! :D
 
Evil,

I once requested a catalog from them.

They are about 25 miles from my home.

It took THREE weeks to get a catalog to a potential new customer.

I went elsewhere.

Thats a sad way to treat their customers. Kinda like a first impression.
Customer service after the sell is important. They are loosing return customers.
 
Yep Evil, my panels on my duster came from them and they are doing the same thing. Crap!!!

The bad part of it is that they have the market cornered because no one else is reproducing this stuff!
Maybe if they had some competition they would make a better quality product. :!:
 
I e-mailed them on Monday also. Looking to see if 71 duster bkt seatframes were the same as 70 dart. No reply as of yet. :dontknow:
 
Onehellofadart, I was told that the a body seat frames for 70 through 72 were the same for all models, can't verify that, but at least that was what I was told.
