is there a requirement for member to become legendary ?

i noticed that John ( @pittsburghracer ) isnt on the list, and i was just curious if thats an oversight or intentional
 
Not sure, but it was mentioned to leave his status as active so people can still comment on his threads.

His profile shows him as a Legendary Member, but you're right...he doesn't appear on the list.

@toolmanmike probably has insight on it.
