My '74 340 powered Duster and '73 340 Duster (The '73 is actually my dad's car, but that's a long story).

My '74 is now in the process of becoming a 6-71 Blown 340 '71 Clone.

The '74 is the Red car and the '73 is the Gold one.

Wow!! I don't usually see the youtube links, but this one came up. There are some differences, but that is what my car would have looked like if I ever get it painted (for the most part). Same color, 360/4 speed.

Thanks for posting that!

Pretty much what mine is going to look like also. If I ever get it painted.

Hahahha, nope. I just got a smoking deal on each of these cars is all.

The Duster 360 4-speed is just dull/faded, it's a factory copper car. I paid $1,400.00 for the 1974 Duster 360 4-speed with it's 1971 340/2.02 heads (though I'd much rather have the original number matching block that's for sure). I would have gladly paid quite a bit more for this car though as I've always wanted an authentic Duster 360 4-speed and being copper with the white/black bucket seat interior was such a massive bonus for me. I purchased the car locally (was about an hour south of me) in early September of 2010.

The two slant six cars I only bought because they were dirty cheap for their driving condition and extremely clean. $1,350.00 was my winning bid off eBay in mid-December of 2007 for the 1974 Gold Duster & $1,000.00 got me the 1973 sunroof car in the beginning of January of 2012 from a local guy I know).

Not mine............yet! With good luck on my side, it will be on my trailer two days from now. Sort of a rough start, but not too bad.
Edit: Got it!

Below is my 76. It has been put away for the past 12 years but is now back out and getting fixed up fast as my wallet will allow.

It was originally a factory 360 car with buckets. It now has 69 340 in it, KB 10.5:1`s, Moderately ported J heads with 2.02/1.60`s, 508/292 Purple shaft, 4.30 gears.

Next up I am changing out the Super Stock Springs we had put in a long time ago with some Hotchkis 1" lowering Spring and also considering installing a 3/4" offset kit for the spring at that time to give a little more tire clearance.

Just dropped the factory buckets at an upholstery shop this week to get reskined.

The rear quarters have some rust that has to be addressed, the tail panel is going to need some sheet metal work from where someone busted out the trunk lock and a lot of other paint and body work. It is a work in progress.

Thanks Dan already got it pretty much gutted today to see how bad it is.
Worst is the brace and skin front roof skin and both 1/4s and inner drop on right 1/4 and in front of the wheel 1/4 both side and 4 inch spot on right behind front wheel on rocker but just the skin not the renforcement behind it. And has a 8 x 8 inch hole behind driver seat and bottom of driverside tracks are rusted apart
