Here's my lowly 'two-barrel' engine...

20121111-BlowerMockup-IMG_2440_zps697d6165.jpg

Excuse my ignorance because I know next to nothing about forced induction but where does the fuel go in with no carb? Is it efi?

Note the plate under the scoop and the 4 little threaded nipples. The fuel goes to those threaded nipples and is introduced into the engine that way.

ok, here's my setup, i finally got it in the car...........and for those of you that decided to make this thread a joke by posting up your wood two by four pics, how about you can stick my 2x4 set up up your asses.

The 2x4 set up is awesome Brian! Worth all the work you put into it. Not to mention... the car now has a new set of aluminum heads to go with the 2x4's. Oh and a new aluminum radiator! Now that you have it adjusted/tuned up ...she sounds awesome!

My `67 R/T solid cam 440 with two 500 Carters Comps I bought back in 1983 at Super Shops and still running them on a Weiand intake .

Edit! Old link didn't work so here it is again.
My buddy Mike fiddling with it.

This set up is not in stone and only screwing around with my buddy. It is a Edelbrock dual plane with 2 - 600 cfm Edelbrock AFB carbs. The linkage, fuel line and air cleaner were employed for this. The intake being a dual plane is not exactly a match for the combo, but did have a nice response in the as is bolted on set up and OOTB carb jetting.
The below video is within the first few moments of intal start up. It started up, we shut it down and I got the camera.

IMO, I beileve a Weiand divided single plane dual quad set up would be a better match up since the cam is a 248* @ 050 in duration. The engine is a 11-1 w/Edelbrock heads and Hooker super comp headers @ 1-3/4 tube size.

There is plenty of clearance under the E-body Cuda's dual scoop hood.
The distributor needed to have the intermediate shaft rotated a few teeth in order to clear the intake.

Looks great and you're further along than me

We used to have a "little" off road club up here we called the "2x4's" because this "used to be" a lumbering town, and because most of the time our lame crap 4x4's were 2WD!!!!
