Lets see your exhaust systems with relocated leaf spring

-
Part of my wish list was a slight nod to a pro street look, I really wanted as much rubber out back as possible without back halving the car so I went with spring relocation and mini tub and managed enough room for 390x40x17 M and H drag radials. Outer spring box faces are flush with outer frame rails for max clearance, (not centered under the frame rails)

On my 66 Barracuda, I had to narrow the stock gas tank to make room for the exhaust.
Had to do the same thing on my dart. Eventually I added Borla resonators in the space between the smaller tank and spring so it worked out well for me.

I removed spare tire well and went with a fuel cell underneath to fit 3" out the back.It bummed me out that I had to cut my new trunk floor after painting it.Sorry about lousy pics all I can find right now.

The plan was always a cell in the trunk. A factory tank was more straight forward and easier to get going with test drives. Yeah no. Inboard springs and factory tank didn't play nice.
