Lexan windshield help...

Anyone got any tips or tricks for cutting and or installing lexan for windshield in my 72 swinger? Thanks for any help

You will have to weld on a window frame, there is no window channel to hold the lexan in. Do a search there is a few topics on this matter

i always wondered why a guy couldn't use a stock windshield as a template and make a lexan windshield the same size and install in a factory gasket.

ProGlass does exactly that and offers "street weight" glass.
