I've got one lifter that seems to be collapsing after the engine is shut off. It sounds like the valve spring is "popping" open intermittently. It is also noisey on start up. I've got maybe 2 hours of run time on the lifters; they're Comp Cams brand. My question is I have Rhoads lifters that I took out of the engine after I switched to Magnum heads (LA 360). Can I reinstall the Rhoads lifters?
