Unless it’s got knees, shoulders or hips.80 is the new 50!
Agreed.I wish. My 60 is the new 95.
Someone is always worse off than you and me, so I’ve decided to stop whining, push as hard as I can and empathize with those truly worse off than me.
You hit the nail on the head with this comment.Someone is always worse off than you and me, so I’ve decided to stop whining, push as hard as I can and empathize with those truly worse off than me.
I got bad knees, need knee surgery among other issues. I can’t run, but I can walk and do yard work and construction. You hit the nail on the head with this comment.
Every time I see a person in a wheelchair, it reminds me that at least I can walk.
Now getting up off the ground and standing when working underneath cars is a major undertaking.
But at least I can do it.
I knew a guy when I was younger that was wheelchair bound from a car accident that did body work and paint by himself.
He had a system of ramps and pullies with cables in his garage that he used to do the work.
It was impressive to say the least!
His paint jobs looked pretty good too.
And I never heard him complain about anything.
If that isn't inspiring, than nothing is...
I save that for winter time. I'm going to whine during the summer it's inevitable.Someone is always worse off than you and me, so I’ve decided to stop whining, push as hard as I can and empathize with those truly worse off than me.
