log style header

so what do you guys think about a Log Style exhaust manifold for a slant 6 turbo build?
i was thinking it should be easier to fab up, and more reliable? (less weld joints)
what are the pros and cons of this style manifold?
just trying to get some ideas / direction for this header/manifold possibly manifolds i need to build.
 
not quite what i was thinking, i just see a lot of "tuner" car running these style manifolds.
probably would have never asked if i saw that thread first..
 
It would work fine for a turbo application. If you do make one use some thick pipes as it will have a turbo hanging on it that it needs to support.

Absolutely nothing wrong with asking! My comment was more directed at the inevitable flaming of any idea that doesn't go along with the norm here.
