looking for dash redue thread

About a month or two ago I saw one of our fellow members redueing a Rallye Dash. I have since tried to find it with no luck.. He or She did a wonderful job with photos and everything. Help me out here I'd like to find it again as now i'm ready to do mine and would like to have a little how to training... Or if anyone has a photo op of their redue...
