Yes it is a *****. But lots of time for planning my projects. I’m sure everything will straighten out soon hahaha hopefully...
 
I plan on getting a more heavy duty rear end, but want to keep the 5x4 bolt pattern that it currently has. Is this possible? And what would be the easiest way to go about doing this? Any help is appreciated.

only one way to go then.. an original A-body 8 3/4. not gonna be cheap though.. they are bringing stupid money in most cases anymore.. talking $600 (if you are lucky)- $1000.

i like your choice of the eddy efi.. like that port injection over the cheaper units design.. let us know how ya make out with it...
 
I don’t know what it is about that multi port design that just seems like the way to go. Seems like a solid setup. I’ll let y’all know how it turns out. Really excited.
 
One thing I like about the pro-flo 4 is the fact that it comes with the distributor and everything. All you need is the fuel system and you are good to go. That and it is true fuel injection, more so than the throttle body injection. I do wish it was set up to be boosted though.
