Kelsey Hayes SBP Front Hubs
We do offer the SBP Kelsey-Hayes rotors. As a result of feedback from our customers, all of our stock has been sent to a machine shop and properly clearanced so the calipers/brackets fit like they should. These are in stock and ready to ship.

BW-12163005, $149.00 each,
Rotor for models with 4 piston Kelsey Hayes front disc brakes. This is the 5 on 4 small bolt pattern hub. Note: This is the rotor only – you must go
To a machine shop to take the hub from the old rotor and mount on this new rotor. Aftermarket This is 11" diameter rotor.

Reproduction pie tins are "in-the-works", but no firm ETA at this time.

Start making main bearings if you want something that will be profitable and sustainable. Because in a few more years there may not be any to be had.

I can do the CAD BUT the cost to produce would be prohibitive
3d print in plastic to inconel to all kinds of other materials is available. You will have to either hand finish the part or pay a LOT to avoid the rough stepping on complex surfaces.
3d print the plugs, and hand finish the surfaces, and molds can be made for fiberglass, carbon, or kevlar. This method is less expensive, but it's time intensive, better for a small shop for parts runs in low volume.
I used to do that for both automotive and aerospace.
3d printed molds are dogshit. It is better to either pull the mold from a sample part or cnc the mold from aluminum or other material. Aluminum molds are expensive to make, but last for a lot of pulls. They are the nicest to work from.

Hi Rick. Thanks. Rotors of various makes can be found. But the hubs are weirdly separate from the rotors and they are very hard to find.

Member @makss machined new hubs from a billet. He posted the mechanical diagram in this post.
Using mustang rotors for 4.5" bc

I spoke with one manufacturing machinist whose price was pretty high. It would go down with confirmed orders, but how realistically how many are out there?

Oh, didn't realize they were different. We'll, we'll worry about it if I ever need one then. I don't really want to part with one and risk loosing it.
Thanks Dana!

Not to mention the removal and reinsertion.

There is a repo but I understand it is not close to the OEM.

I would have dove in but the other number was making it so I did not want to cut in.

I know on my 72 duster I could not find a heater box anywhere had to have it fixed up by someone with fiberglass
If you take your time, you can do a good enough job that when painted, you will never see the damage. I repaired two boxes for a friend from a 67 Mustang, and they came out pretty good.

Handy Dandy HEI and E-coil firewall mounts.

Could come up with a simple heat sink HEI conversion mount that simply bolts to the firewall instead of on the bottom of the mopar electronic distributor.

There you go, lots of ideas here....

If I wanted to help the A body community out and wanted it to be profitable, I would reproduce the headlight trim for 63-64 Dodge Darts. They are rare and very hard to find. Should be easy to reproduce in plastic, IF you could find one to scan.

I've also wondered why no one ever has reproduced the center piece for a 68 Dart grille? These things go for crazy money and should be easy to reproduce also.

1965 Dart tail lights. All 4 pieces. Six if you do the centers in both red and white for backup lights.
We do offer tail light lenses for the '65 Darts.....

Pictured is a driver side outer with clear back-up(65D-LOB, $148.00) and a passenger side inner with red reflector(65D-RI, $116.00).......

The others are also available as well, this is just what was handy to snap pics of this morning......
