Replacing the Rear shackle bushings and taking the old ones out were not bad...... after I drilled the rubber all the way around. They would not pivot at all or come out the a BFH.

I sandblasted the hangers and shackles and applied some paint. The rear leaf springs (Hotchkis) came with bushings and they look like urethane bushings to me so that is my question Lube or No Lube?

Thanks in advance.

I don't have a pic of it painted yet but after it gets done baking.

I would lube the urethane bushings with that clear grease typically used to avoid squeaks.

That question would be best answered by the manufacturer.I have poly bushings in my leafs but they came with a small packet of lube really thick slimy stuff.obviously specific to this application.

No directions from Hotchkis, so that sounds right to me, I will lube with some synthetic grease. Thanks for the input.
