Finishing up 360. Go to place new valve covers on and realize they will need to be notched the same way my old covers were done to fit on my RPM AirGap. Are there any valve covers out there that will not have to be notched using a M1 and J heads?

I have not seen them. I had to notch mine for any intake I used. I have the RPM Air Gap and I just marked the spots and used a die grinder to cut away at an angle until they fit. Even if you look close you can't tell they are cut away. You would actually have to know and be looking specifically for it to see the cuts. Take your time and go little by little and you will get good results ... and no valve cover leaks!
