MAD !! Has any one ordered from AUTOTHING.COM?

here is my story ordered a stripe kit from this company on line AutoThing.com, nice site ordered the stripe on 12/11/16, paid with a debit card, received an e-mail on 12/16/16 that is was shipped, have never received it, tried to contact by e-mail received auto reply some one would contact me , never happen , called there phone 630 582 4152 just an answer machine does not even state there name, now they list a 855 #, as 1 855 auto thing called that it is for credit company, I have even mailed a snail mail letter still contact, there mailing address is autothing po box 72505 roselle il 60172, has anyone ever heard / deal with them ?
 
Whya ask for reviews now? Maybe should have asked prior to ordering
Thanks for the heads up. Lotsa members on here have stripe kits. They may have beem able to help you out.

Lol, Easy there Steve.
The link is showing an F rating with 16 complaints. It took a whole 15 second search to find it. Most of that was my typing. I would not order from them after seeing this link. Hope no one else does either.

hi all thanks for the feed back I have filed a complaint with the BBB, I do not think much will happen but we will see .this Is the first time I have been duped !!

contact your bank immediately. dispute the charges.
 
too bad you didnt have a street address i would love to pop over there and visit them
