Magnum Heads

Anybody here done a Magnum Head swap on their LA Motor?
I have a set of low mileage Edelbrock Magnums I am planning adding to my 360 LA motor. Just wondering if anyone here has any first hand experience.

Use them. Oil goes through the pushrods and lifters, so the oil passages aren't needed on the block. Some people put a screw in the passage, some don't. Check custom pushrod length against rockers after it's together.

There are intakes out there that work with both types of head. Be sure you get something that will work with the magnum bolt pattern.

I managed to stubble upon an unused MP Magnum intake. The new ones I was shopping were either or pattern. Not crazy about the extra holes.
Is there any danger in not plugging the holes?
