69,slant 6-225.holly 1bl /new distributor /wires/cap/pvc filter/fuel sending unit/fuel pump/ fuel filter /exhaust manifold/gasket/bolts/air filter/coil/power relay mod/battery/thermostat and housing .... has been running killer....for last 2 weeks know....first start of day...it takes 3 starts to stay running ...and starts out super ' luggy' & choking ...lots of condensation ...and quikly smooths out .....getting worse know harder to get cleaned out and is coming and going after warmed up and driving....been keeping eye on radiator water level its been fine....thanks for looking

Is it cold where your at ??? Did you pump gas pedal once ? ... DId choke completely close after one pump ?... once started ... did choke pull off work ( roughyl 1/8 drill bit between flap and carb throat )? IF all OK .. is intake below carb COLD when running for a couple of minutes ?

live in salem or. little chilly.....yes one pump, choke is closing proper ....it will act right on initial turn over for like 5 seconds &chokes out quik..and second....third try stays on but starts low &boggy.....I just took it out to try and clean it out ...started bogging...built up so bad it blew out the seems on my muffler!

Define "major condensation." You talking about exiting the exhaust? That might be normal. "You guys" tend to have high humidity there, and that adds to the no1 product of combustion........water

is the choke flap opening up at least 1/8 drill bit ? Does it help by using your finger and opening up or closing choke flap slightly?... If answer is NO.. then it sounds like internal carb issue ... ONLY 5 seconds into RUNNING time rules out carb icing up ... UNLESS you have factory stove and proper ducting removed to exhaust manifold .. LIke Dart 273 said .. condensation out of tail pipe is normal ...

Wild guess...
A weak choke pull servo can pull part way and create these symptoms.
Watch it pull then see if you can push it in further and improve the cold start warm up process.
