Quick question guys. Looking at pictures of exhaust manifold gaskets for a small block. What are the two small keyhole shaped gaskets used for?

P.S. Does coolant run through the bolt holes like it does on the big blocks? Do I need to drain the rad?

The 4 corners are wet holes.
