what,if any exhaust manifolds will fit, temporarily a B to A body swap?

The hp manifolds fit.

B-body HP manifolds fit, but usually require the steering column sleeve to be shortened up to the firewall...

This is on a 440.

Those are 1969 B-body HP manifolds in my son's '67 Dart GT convertible.

Yes, they will come closer to clearing the steering column on a "B" motor, but I'd still be prepared to cut the column. We cut the column on this car (1967 Barracuda fastback 383/AT/AC). In this pic you can barely see the column. These are 1970-73 HP manifolds.

You just cut the column sleeve and move the bearing up, correct?

Why go "mild" on an 451 or 470? Would't it be cheaper to go "wild" with an 383, 400 or 440 to get the same result as a "mild" 451 or 470?
Otherwise I think the B/E-body HP manifold fit just fine with a little adjustment...

383 or 440 yes. Thing is I get better fittment, especially with manifolds using the B/ 400 block in my 67 cuda and a little lighter too. Plus stroker isn't much more to build but more torque even mild.

Yes, but the '67 column inner sleeve is tapered right where it needs to be cut. We had a custom nylon or delrin bushing made for my son's Dart. Haven't got that far with my Barracuda, yet.
