manual column -manual box-u-joint????

Anyone taken the mopar steering column coupler out and put in a u-joint instead if so what u-joint do you use and where do you get it????? I tried Mancini but no luck-Thanks Steve

There are several aftermarket sources, I'll have to see if I can find the "reasonable" one, don't remember

speedway motors. sweet manufacturing unisteer part number 8050880. 3/4-36 spline by 3-4 double-D. worked like a champ for me. had to machine the column shaft for a double-D instead of a single-D. my only issue is it doesnt allow for subframe to body flex, still master-debating on how im going to fix that, but its on the back burner for now until i install my new column. i went with this particular one to clear the 74 A-body drivers side manifold in my early-a.

found one so I can actually help for once--Borgeson #34934 has a shock bushing built in !!!!!!! Steve
