This is a good video of a Rickshaw being built.
It reminds me of how our A-Bodies were built on a production line back in the day!
 
Welding with their eyes closed, count 1 2 3 pullback.
 
This place is sanitary and the workers are clean as opposed to other manufacturers in Indonesia.
People making pots and pans comes to mind or the melting furnaces and casting ingots.
These people live in absolute poverty there and have no P.P.E. to speak of...
 
At 8:07 in the video they are using what I'll describe as a ring clamp to hold the two pieces of the nose together. Does anyone know what they are or what they are called? Pretty slick tool for fast part clamping.
 
That's a really nice plant for over there. They all look like they know exactly what they're doing, too. I bet even with the lack of personal safety items, they still have a low accident rate. Those little vehicles are cool, too. Those would be the perfect thing for over here in large cities where people have short commutes. Too bad the EPA and gubmint would get hold of them and increase the price by 500% or more.
