Does anyone know if there is an aluminum 4 bolt master cylinder for front disc brake, rear drum cars? A-body. A part number would be most helpfull - if there is.

Yes, there is. You won't like the price. It is a billet aluminum master cyclinder by SSBC. I bought mine through Summit. It was cheaper then direct from SSBC. The Summit part number is SSB-A0471-5 price was 369.95 in July of 2007. It works great and is nice looking. Good luck.

i got a alum m/c off a late 80's 5th ave at the bone yard--it looks new.

fabbed a chunk of 3/8 aluminum for the adapter plate . very easy .

ran 1 new brake line to the prop valve.

i think the whole project cost me around $26.

the brakes work great !
