It is a beautiful color!!! So popular especially back in the day.
Any car back then that had 20 odd year old paint did not do justice to the color, hence so many green cars that had a color change.

Wow, Rick. For a minute, I seriously thought you had taken pictures of my car. There is a resemblance.
BTW, all body and paint was by me.

as the owner of a green 69 with black interior i can attest to the handsomeness of this car and approve of the message that the call out stripe sends.

@harrisonm i wouldn't kick yours outta bed for eating crackers, either! :D

Love the color. not a fan of the white stripe, but that's just me. I would not mind having it though.

Thats a sweet piece rite ther.....happened to catch a glimps of a blue dart in first couple pics looks alot like my color...

My wife had a green/green/green 70 Dart with a 318. While at the Nats in Indy a young gentleman and his Dad made her an offer on her Dart that she couldn’t refuse. Ended up delivering it to him in MI a couple of weeks later

I have always said, that is a beautiful car and you did a great job.

Funny story. Wayyyyy back many decades ago when I was just starting out, (early 70s) my dad painted my 2 horse inline trailer, primed and painted it in F8 dark met. green, single stage of course, with a 5 gal Sear compressor and suction gun, his first ever paint job and it was flawless. Well I admit his primer was too thick, but....
It also shows what can actually be done if a guy works at it too.
