If you have your intake cut, be sure to check the gap between the block and the ends of the manifold. Sometimes the manifold ends have to be cut down also so they don't butt and hold the manifold away from the head. Had this happen just this week on a motor that I was supposed to dyno. Big vacuum leak at the gaskets.
