What are the power regulators out of?

The power regulators are either from an early a-Body (60-62 Valiant) or early to mid 60's B-body.

Honestly I am not really sure as most of the parts I got with this lot were early A (60-66 abody) and some were 60's b-body. They are older because they have the cpdd marks on them.
