Missing conversations

I received an email alert thursday 6/15 that "Steven22" started a conversation with me
It doesn't show up in my conversations list nor does "Steven22" show up as a member using the search function
I get message from fabo >>> oops! we ran into problems The requested conversation could not be found
Advice ??

He was a scammer and was vaporized by the FABO staff.
