Look into Ricks radio conversions or instrument specialties they both do conversions on your stock radio so you get the best of both worlds old school looks and new school tech

I found them to have the best price on a conversion, in Canadian funds too.
My friend had a radio out of an MG converted to modern internals and he was really happy with the quality of workmanship.
