I would like to know if their is any hood clearance issues from someone who has installed one of the Mopar Magnum Crate 360's with the included Mopar M1 single plane intake. The engine will be installed in a 1968 Dart GTS.
Either an Edelbrock or Holley carb will be used. The engine part number is
P5007646.

I was running an early Mopar 360 LA engine with that same manifold in a 68 Dart. Hood clearance was not a problem. I was running a typical 14" diameter air cleaner thinking it had about a 2.5" tall filter, it was close but it fit.

I agree.

My single plane M1 intake is the same height as a factory cast iron 340 intake.

no problems in my valiant, but i can't use a spacer and i had to squish the top of the air cleaner a little.
