Mopar "handling line"

Does anyone know where I can get the Mopar/Direct connection "handling line" chart? Like the one in the background of this picture

I have looked all over and I can't find it!

It is contained in the Mopar Oval Track Modifications Manual, part number P5249959. Not sure if it is still available.
