Who is all going this year? I am going for the first time this August. Since this year the Plymouth Duster is the tribute car, I figured that people on this forum should be informed.

This will be my 23rd year in a row!! Hoping to take the Duster, depends on the heat. It is a long drive from Knoxville.

Been there most years for decades...even Indy days. I'll hopefully have the wagon there for it's "coming out" party...

I am hoping to get there with the Duster. Missed the tribute to the Coronet last year cuz it wasn't done yet. Picking it up today from it's 3 year face lift stay at the body shop. Hope to get alzheimer's soon so I can forget how much that cost me. lol
Hope to see you all there this year. My 4th

I have been there every year since 1985.

Same here! Did you get a chance to run around the Proving Ground's track? I did in my 65 GT 'vert - what a blast! Shameless plug: I have a swap spot at N6 & 7 with mostly early A stuff; stop by and say hello.

I'm going even if my car isn't ready....The best part of having 2 barracudas is that if I'm working on one of them, I can drive the other..:)

Wish I could afford it. The one year and fianlly for the Duster. Can't afford
it with being off work. I would love to put the green machine in it.:crybaby:

Try driving from Green Bay, WI>>> 569 miles
Knoxville to Columbus>>> 368 miles
I am still going, can't miss "the year of the duster!!!"

I'll be there again this year , About 1 1/2 hr drive.
Cant remember what year the 1st was I went to , but it was several before the one in Indy. I've been to every one since the 1st one I went to.
The Cuda wont be ready , but I'll be buying more stuff
Donnie

Kind of ironic for myself to drive down....from east of Grand Rapids to the track its 340 miles on the dot! I guess its fate to bring the 340 down....

Sent the registration yesterday. Also talked my dad into registering his 1970 Challenger T/A as well. Last time he was at Mopar Nats was at the Chrysler Proving Grounds in the late 80's. He said there is nothing like have a 340 winding out going 145 mph and then having a Hemi Superbird blow by you on the high bank...man I wish...Duster doesnt quite handle like his Challenger so those speeds are a long way off for myself.

I'm going. Bringing my 360 duster and also talked my dad into going with me and bringing his red interior 340 duster. I can't wait. Haven't been since I showed in 1999.

I have been the last few years but not with a car. I decided to go this year with one in the show field. What can I expect far as the judging there?

Where is everybody staying at...We are staying at the Marriott in Newark about 15 miles from the track...We will have my 71' Duster (B5 Blue), dad's 70' T/A Challenger (Top Banana), and my cousins 86' Shelby Turbo Z (Red)....keep an eye out for us

sent registration running the car in pro. lost 1st round at the mo-power event because the car wasn't charging, and it wouldn't start back up under the tower. put another alternator on it. hopefully we have better luck this time.
