Mopar xhd springs

Are the Mopar HXD leaf springs good? The SS springs can be iffy and loose their arch after 2 years. Looking for a mostly street and some strip leaf springs for a new A body project. Thanks

I think they are. Installed a pair (two left ones) on my Scamp 6 years ago and I'm still pleased with the stance.

Have a set on my '72 Charger. 10+ years on them and still not sagging.

I like the ss springs better than the xhd on the abodies.

Comparing ss to xhd on b or e bodies is different, like comparing apples to oranges... They bolt up differently for the ss than the xhd on the b & e bodies. A-bodies are direct bolt in replacement for xhd and ss....

I don' think he's asking about ss springs. I put the mp xhd springs on my challenger and in 6 months time it was sitting lower than the 40 y/o ones. The were stamped "hecho an mexico" never again

I have these on my duster, Mancini x-hd, no sag in 4 years, they actually sit high, I put a 1" block in to lower my ride height.
Price is really right.

I have never heard of S/S springs sagging. That is most curious.

My XHD springs on about 5 years now from Mancini.I like the ride height with no problems,Kevin.

I have a set of the xhd on my duster the ones from when they were made here not in Mexico..car still sits perfect after 6 years..don't like the ss springs they make the car sit up to high in the rear looks goofy...
