Great seeing all you guys yesterday, just got home , put 650 miles on the 68 this weekend, wife wouldn't let me drive at all today on way home. Fun was had by all, and congratulations to all the winners out there, great vehicles, and well deserved!!

So cool that 2 FABO members won BIG awards. Congrats to @FISHYPETE & @MobileCustoms -- Way to represent :D

I hope to make this show again maybe next year....It's an awesome show & everyone we met there was "Minnesota nice"!!

I took off for home early and after I arrived I got a text from a friend that stayed for the awards. I got a outstanding in class plaque too. He will get it to me on Tuesday I think.

Here's mine in the show field. They switched things around this year and the car show was in the open field instead of under the shade trees. I just parked my car and went back to the swap area in the shade. There were a lot of cool cars there. I was impressed with all the early A bodies.

We had fun with this one. Phil is the Kit Car Guy. He found this old kit car and is reserecting it. We went for a ride around the grounds last night. Sorry for the sideways video. My camera was upside down.

 
It sure was fun weekend! Scored a nice copy of The Cars album: Heartbeat City, at the swap. Got to talk with a real Swinger too! LOL
My daughter & her friends had a time too. My neighbor friend Billy entered his Cordoba race car in the burnout contest just because he's sick of watching people burn up shitty old snow tires.

It was nice seeing familiar faces, and meeting some new ones as well.
Pete was quite surprised when he was called for Best of Show Award, very cool.
And Doug's van is super cool.
My 68 also took 1st place in un-restored originals class (sorry no pics as car was already loaded for the trip home before awards).
Congrats to all that attended, and hope to see you and more members again next year.
