70 Coronet/Superbee. Nice cars, but they never did grow on me.
Back in hi-school, my neighbor and friend had a 68 GTX 383 4-speed. It was almost as quick as my 70 Swinger340 4-speed. But IMO his was waaay better looking; it was a dark-chocolate brown to my PantherPink or whatever Dodge called it.I offered my 69 GTX heads up trade. ($25k car. Non numbers matching, but period correct solid driver.) Never heard back from supposed owner.

Hang-on; what if you had never seen a shark-tooth grill?
I mean it is kindof Challerger-esque
I saw one of these at the Saint Louis Transportation Museum back in "06 or "07. Odd but a beautiful car. I think Jay Leno has since purchased itNot a concept car they made these, 62-64 pretty sure. I would take one and love it.....

But one thing I'll give that 383; when he banged it into second or even third, POW!! that thing hit hard. Mine was still spinning those polyglass GTs, and the 3-4 was marshmallowy soft at around 85mph. 340s were fun but you had to keep 'em up on the cam.
Yeah that's what I was thinking to somebody must have blew up the original 440 in it GTX s were 440 or Hemi only383 GTX ?
That looks AussieThe Rapid Transit System Duster. It could’ve been really nice but they totally botched the front end!
