What size is the outlet on the Dakota manifolds and how much are you asking for each set of the blasted manifolds?

What size is the outlet on the Dakota manifolds and how much are you asking for each set of the blasted manifolds?

The Dakota manifold is the largest one they make (DRIVER'S SIDE). It has a 2 1/8" exhaust hole but I can machine it out to 2 1/4" (like the 340) for $30 more. Or you can buy it they way it is (blasted and painted) for $40 plus shipping.
The 340/360 manifolds are sold in pairs. A 340 driver's side with a machined 360 magnum (2 1/4" outlet) passenger's side for $290 plus shipping. These 340/360 pairs work great on small block A-BODIES with P/S, P/B and A/C. You can see more of these 340/360 manifolds HERE:

PM answered!! I've had many inquiries about these GREAT manifolds and I'll probably run out by the end of the day....but I can get/make more. If I run out of stock be patient and I'll have more later but for now I still have a few left:cheers:.
I've answered all PMs but if someone wants to send me money and someone else (who was interested doesn't respond) I'm very tempted to sell to the person who is willing to send money. But I'll get more manifolds anyway, it's just a matter of time:evil3:.

PS- My other manifolds are HERE:

Dakota driver's side manifold SOLD!!!!!

I can get more if you send a deposit....

Still have these 318 manifolds. They'd probably work on 360 as well. $55 plus shipping.

SOLD OUT of my 340/360 sets (they gray ones in the pics) but still have more 360 magnum passenger manifolds in the machining process. You'll have to shoot me a deposit and wait a couple of weeks as there are members already paid in advance for the 360s. As for the 340/360 sets....I'll probably have another set in about 2 or 3 weeks but the price might change depending on what I have to pay for the 340 driver's side.

Thanks to those who bought my 340/360 manifold sets, I know it was a good deal and I'll do my best to keep future price as low as possible!!!!

OK, OK $50 on the stock 318 "unpainted" manifolds. PLus shipping. I still have one Dakota Driver, 360 magnum "machined" and maybe one more 340/360 set. But you'll have to check with me on the 340/360 sets.

thanks,Treblig

318 Manifolds still for sale. I also have sold out (again) on 340/360 mag manifold sets. Although I do still have a few "machined" 360 magnum passenger manifolds left over and one DAKOTA driver (also machined out to the same size as the 340 driver). I will continue to try and get more 340 driver manifolds but I can't make any promises although they usually show up sooner or later. If you happen to send a deposit to get the next set of manifolds and it turns out I can't get a 340 driver then I simply return your deposit (haven't had to return one deposit yet!!!)

Thanks,
Treblig

Tom, Thanks for the kind words. I do appreciate it!! I put a lot of time and work into these manifolds and it makes me happy to know that folks appreciate my efforts.

Sale on Dakota driver with 360 "machined" magnum passenger fell through. I have sold out of 340/360 magnum manifolds but still have ONE set of Dakota driver/360 magnum passenger manifolds left. The Dakota is "machined" out to 2 1/4" just like the 360 magnum so you get equal high flow out of both of them.

Someone inquired about a large hole Dakota driver paired with a 360 large hole magnum passenger manifold set. Here are the pics of the ONE set of these manifolds I have. The LARGE HOLE Dakota manifolds are getting very hard to find. I get these manifolds and machine out to the 2 1/4" exit hole just like the 340 manifolds. They are machined, sand blasted, check for cracks, painted with high heat paint then I run them trough a few heat cycles to properly cure the paint. They are sent to you "insured", and ready to install!! This pair sells for $205 plus shipping.
Don't be fooled!!! The majority of magnum manifolds are NOT the large hole type!! Also many 340 manifolds sets sold here and there aren't always both large hole. Mopar made many small hole 340 manifolds so don't buy something that you will be disappointed with. I can show the size of the exit hole on my manifolds!! If you're smart you'll always ask to see the size of the exit hole before you buy!!!

Thanks,
Treblig

I would mark this thread as SOLD but I ended up SELLING the "machined" Dakota driver paired with the "machined" 360 magnum manifolds so the original 318 manifolds at the beginning of the thread are still for sale. Maybe I need to start a new thread to avoid the confusion???

Gil, got the 340 drivers side and magnum passenger side yesterday,,but did not know until this morning that they had arrived (my wife brought the box inside but "conveniently" forgot to tell me about it lol). All is intact and you did a very nice job on the manifolds and packaging. Question: what bolt lengths will I need for the magnum side? I assume the studs will not work due to thickness of the manifold?

Scott, Glad that you're happy with the manifolds. Those 340s look so nice after they are all cleaned and painted...I hate to sell them!!! I believe you can use the studs on the driver's side but on the passenger you do have to use bolts (I can check when the sun comes up). One trick I used is that the hole in the passenger manifold is much bigger than the bolt. I bought a short piece of brake line or transline that has the same ID as the bolt OD. Then you cut some short pieces to slide into the front and back hole. This way the manifold is centered on the exhaust ports. Will write more after I check my car.

:cheers:pS - I did manage to get more 340, Dakota and mag manifolds!!!:blob: But they won't be ready to sell for a few weeks.

Thanks,Treblig

I checked and you can use the factory studs on the driver's side. On the passenger's sidejust use bolts that have the correct threads and are 3/8" longer than the manifold thickness. You also have to put the front and back bolts (with thread sealer) into the manifold then lower it in place because there's no room to install the bolt after the manifold is in place. On my 69 Barracuda I had to also rotate the 90 degree oil filter adapter. Otherwise the 360 mag manifolds have a ton of room to hook up the exhaust. Just try and use mandrel bends in your pipes so you don't choke it down!!:burnout: PS - I also posted some pics of the driver's side so you can see how you need very tight radius bends to clear the torsion bar. I ordered a short piece of super tight mandrel bent 180 degree pipe to make this part of it. Treblig

Thanks Gil, maybe a thought for another business opportunity for you - making those curved mandrel fittings for sale! I am no where near that point yet, but assume a muffler shop can help then. You did mention using some brake line as a liner for the magnum manifold, do you recall the line diameter?

Scott. I don't remember the exact size of the tube for the manifold bolts. I just took a manifold bolt to Orielly's and asked for a short piece of brake line or trans line that the bolt would fit into. Basically 5/16 ID, if I remember correctly. And yes, I thought about manufacturing the special tight radius bent for the driver's side but after I added all the cost for the tight radius bend J pipe and the cost of the welding and grinding, I didn't think anyone would want to fork out the money. The muffler shops (unless you have a good friend) won't take the time to do a good job (mandrel bends and good clearance) unless you pay them big bucks. The super tight radius 2 1/2" mandrel bend pipe cost about $25-$30. Although the welding doesn't cost much since I do it myself. The main problem is that without the actual car on the lift there's no way I can guarantee that the pipe will clear everything under a particular car. You have to "snake" it past the torsion bar (if you have one) and also "snake" it around the starter area. In my case I also had to clear the 2004R TCI adapter...LOL!! FABO members have different types of K-members, suspensions, motor mounts, etc. This would bring many variables into where and how much bend/clearance you might need on a particular vehicle. If could guarantee it would fit I would do it!! Treblig
