So this is the same company several years ago that sold me spark plug wires for a 400 big block that didn't fit. They later admitted that they knew they wouldn't fit but had forgotten to update listing. Their solution - buy another set at 10% off so you have enough longer wires. I'm not even kidding.

Now when USPS loses packages they refuse to send a replacement or issue a refund. Another supplier out of California that was also affected by these lost packages immediately sent me out a replacement priority mail, while Classic Industries simply says "severe storms and blizzards are effecting delivery dates". What a joke. I ordered an item on February 20th, no tracking since March 2nd when USPS lost it, yet Classic Industries refuses to fix the issue. I've reported them to eBay, but they don't care. They will always side with the seller. Avoid these people unless you simply have no other option.

Yes Classic will NOT deal with missing packages... I was out a $500 set of rear springs because they said they were "delivered" via UPS but I was home the entire time when they said they were delivered. It was a ping pong game between UPS and Classic... they finally just said report it the local authorities as porch pirates took them... I was not going to put in a false report because I knew they were never delivered.

I spent a couple of thousand with them over the last couple of years on my Demon. Had about $150.00 in small parts in one shipment that never did show. Refused to resend them.

Yup. Two companies I will (try like hell to) never buy from again: Classic Industries, and LMC Truck.

The only thing that surprises me about Classic is that they’re still in business, and that anyone buys anything from them when there are so many horrible reviews of them out there. There’s literally nothing they sell that they make themselves, you can get everything on their website from someone else.

I bought something from them pretty early on in my Mopar experience, before I knew better, and vowed never to use them again. It wasn’t even a crazy deal, I got my parts and they were what I wanted. But the entire experience was lousy.

I don’t know what Classic pays the search engines to show up at the top, but it has to be the only reason they’re in business. A simple internet search reveals complaint after complaint, and they’re not even less expensive than other sellers.

Classic Industries takes order for parts that are no longer made. When asked they advise there is no eta. Its weird.
