My sister has a 43 Willys military jeep that was made by ford, It has a busted block I have been told that a pinto motor is a bolt up swap can anyone tell me for a fact?

I have a '59 Jeep CJ-5 that has a Pinto motor in it. Someone also put power steering on it and boxed the frame. It also has a fiberglass front clip. The motor looks good in there. I don't know if they bought a special bellhousing or if the motor bolted to the original one, but it doesn't look cobbled up. If I can help with pics or any more info, just let me know. If you need a motor, I'll sell the whole Jeep for $700 then I know you will have everything you need. lol Motor runs sweet, I just don't have a title for it and it needs some tlc from sitting for several years. It also has a hardtop.
