I asked the same question awhile back and it was something about machining the lip down on the timing chain cover.

From the pic it looks like only the lower left water pump mounting hole may be different, if this is the case maybe just modify the cutout in the motor plate to fit the magnum cover.

Due to the thickness of the motor plate, plus one gasket. your pulleys will be mis-aligned, by that much. - The water pump will be more toward the radiator than the others. -- I had that amount machined off from the mating surface of the water pump.
