Was wondering if anyone on this board knows if the MP M1 Intake for RB 440
will fit underneath factory A-body hood with stock air cleaner. ?

Not with the stock air cleaner, you're going to have to go with a drop down air cleaner, 1 1/2" element and K+N filter top and even then you'll be real close. You may want to consider a 6 pack scoop cuss that lunger needs all the air and air movement it can get.
