mr motion mopar performance guide?

hey guys i went to visit my dad a while ago and he gave me this book he bought a little after he bought the 65 cuda. I did some searching and i cant find anything about it on the net, it's copyright date is 1969 has alot of good info in it. Not a lot on the 273 it's self but it has a fair share on the hemi and racing applications. Any of you guys heard or seen one? I can get some pics of the cover if that helps?

Mr. Motion? As in Baldwin Motion, the performance shop that used to be locted on Long Island In New York?

ummm not sure it just says mr motion inside the cover. There is a picture of a 1970 dodge super charger on the last couple pages, it looks sweet. here are a couple pics i scanned the cover
