I'm in the process of installing an MSD Ready-to-Run distributor (with built-in programmable rev limiter) AND an AutoGage tach. The AutoGage tach has a shift light, and supposedly when you power on, the tach momentarily sweeps up to where the shift light is set (e.g., 4,000 rpm) then goes back to zero. Well, the MSD distributor is supposed to send a signal to the tach at power on that causes the tach needle to rapidly sweep up to the rev limiter setting (e.g., 6,000 rpm) and then back down to zero. Any idea how these two features will work together?? Thanks, Tom

The distributor will get powered up when the ignition is turned on, as will the tach being connected to it.
Shouldn't be a problem, but if it is you would need to discuss that with MSD for a solution.

Like I said though, I don't think there will be an issue.

i would have to look auto guage , and auto meter are 2 diff company made guages
call summit and they will tell you 1 is compatable 1 takes a plug in unit to make itt compatable
