FWIW Pipemax calculations I've done show for a typical 340 puts the best locations for H pipe or X at 20, 40, 82" after the end of the primaries.
Plus minus an inch or two isn't going to matter. The hamonic calculations only change slightly for different cams and compressions, at least within the street/strip type uses.
Worst placements will be around 31, and 61".

WOT sounds really good as well. With a lifetime warranty, I'd definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a good Flowmaster alternative.

I do, I'm told they sound a lot different than most other mufflers out there, I'm never behind it. They are well built, I've run them for about 20 years, still look like new.

Just a mild 340 - 9.6 SCR, RHS heads, hydraulic flat tappet 231 @ .050" .561" w/ 1.6's 108 LSA, Dougs headers w/ 2.5" pipes - no cross over.
