So, that's what 40 lbs. of boost looks like! I bet that sunofabitch was GLOWING after THAT run!

Wow.... :thumrigh:

i am not sure but that might be donovans k car, he built a site called
www.thedodgegarage.com its the bible for 2.2/2.5 turbo dodge guys.
its was probably closer to 30 psi of boost..thats the limit for those engines

The old Sentra SE-R I owned and sold to a co-worker last year has been turbo`ed. He's running 34 lbs. and I tease him all the time about watching his pistons come through the hood. 40 lbs. was a pure joke. But a 10 sec. time slip is NO joke.

Wow...

nice to see that the young people are keeping the mopar performance alive hope the link works. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Dz700oVHug

People see things differently.
And youth sees things differently yet again.
Those that lived to see nothing after a Duesenberg Phaeton thought it was the best car ever made.
Or to put it another way, those that were there when a particularly car was new have memories and perspectives attached to it that later generation never will.
Which one is the more attractive car?
A 67 Barracuda or a 68 Charger?
I’m saying that a 67 Baracccuda has a whole different perspective once someone has lived to see a Mitsubishi Eclipse.
If a person wasn't "there", they may have a differnt idea than me.
And I have seen this happen with young people (pun).
Or to put that another way, it has “aged well”.
So while we who are older may not see the beauty in a K car, that young person who had one in high school just might feel differently.
How many people now living actually care (go to the trouble to preserve them) for Model A’s anymore?
I recall a time when they were quite popular.
Then again, sometimes you just work with what you have.
