Mustang gasser

Ok I'm kinda far along on this one I've been relaxing and building with out posting lol well as you can tell it has no option to be a gasser so alot of custom stuff needs to be built. It's going to.be more of a street machine thing lol any way I hope yall enjoy feel free to tell me what yall think

what about using parts from the altered wheelbase AMT Mustang?

Cut the trunk out and shaved the body mounts. I took too much off the tub and needed alittle putty

Then I needed to fill the trunk hole and smooth the gas tank . I love working with sheet styrene you and build any thing .

Then I painted the engine bay and underside

Then I moved on to the interior

Then I started the fender flairs and the trunk hinges

Then I built an intake from the hot rod version of the beverly hillbillies trucks engine.

I don't own it and I want to try to make my own. This kit was so cheap I really only paid shipping lol

Next and this is where I'm at tonight I built the motor mounts and started the rear shackles . I'm at a stopping point intell my styrene stock comes in tho.

Nice. I always wanted to build a Gas Ronda Mustang but never got around to it. Kits are probably more than I want to pay for them now.

40 minutes and I'm ready for another coat of putty idk if I like the way its turning out maybe a good thing this kit has two hoods
