My 1968 Barracuda S

-
Very nice work. Man I like those cars. One Day!! I keep saying that but when I get one Ray Barten Ends up with them

LOL yeah I think Ray Barton goes threw every 68 Barracuda/Dart owners mind like the Great Bob Reed says there are only 2 types of Mopar ppl those how have HEMIs and those how want HEMIs!! So this weekend I hung my doors on the hinges I rebuilt the passenger side went on 2 mins of adjusting it was good the drivers side needs more time I seen Foose twist a door on O.H. that may be what it needs it has never sit right. Its got the SS tilt for sure I love it and it needs some weight it sits as hi as my truck lol

Na the last 2 weeks I have been working on my sons mustang. I want to put the bare block in it check clearance on my Milodon 30931 pan LOL I`m sure that's going to go well. And I have Victor heads,Lakewood bellhousing,2"hedman fw`s and a Smith radiator to put in then the wheel tubs and trunk floor and I have a 16gal poly tank. I have a Hurst Super shifter with reverse lockout but no linkage so I need to make some. Then I`m going to paint it by the time I move to SC next year. If all goes well I want to have it all dialed in and some track time in before Drag Week 2015 not to win just looks like a blast

I`m close to having the front end of the car mocked up I cut the Zbar bracket off the Lakewood bellhousing and moved to line up with the factory frame pin. I also put my radiator, fan and shroud in its b body wide so I cut the extra of the rad. support. The shifter looks way back in the hole?

Wow it been over 3 years since I posted any car pics here total change in life will set you back a bit. Well I`m hard at it on my car its back apart so i can put in the truck floor and finish the body work. I`m dangerously close to having everything I need to finish the car its just time and my 50+year old busted body!!
