yeah. been working on the cage for awhile . after the pictures were taken, i ran the bars through the firewall and looped down and tied to the front frame rail by the radiator support. i will be happy first time out to run in the 10's but should be in the high 9's in the spring. have some other goodys to buy like:
1050 dominator
29.5 x 10.5 w tires
trans brake.
I running low on money so i plan to have it going in 2 weeks then buy more stuff over the winter. i need to wash the floor pans they are gloss black but working and welding have gotten them kinda dirty. I am painting the car flat black for now but it will eventually be either sassy grass green or plum crazy purple. it has the scarebird classic disc brake conversion.

Cool another bigblock A-body from MO. How far from Laquey MO do you live. I will be putting my 440 in my 73 dart tomarrow but mine is not near as mean as yours. I hope to next year build a 14-15.1 512 next year. If it is not to much trouble could you post a pick of your trunk/ fuel cell. That is omething i am going to have to do soon and would like to get some ideals. Great work. Mopar65

Sweet! How do you plan on supporting the fenders and header panel, etc.? I'm always looking to cut weight. (Especially off the front.)
