Hi everyone!
Greetings from Belgium.

Today I traded my harley for a 1967 CUDA!
Its a coupe…
It came with the 170 slant six…
And its rough!

I spotted bad patch welding and thick bondo.
And the entire underside seems flakey.
Its been sitting for 20 years…

Seems like the perfect kandidate to get started in the MOPAR scene

I decided to sign up here cause i’ll be needing heaps of advice!
For now i think i’ll slap it vack together with as low of a budget as possible and make it driveable…
After that it may be a driving project…

Wish me luck!
Seasonal greetings;
Arnd

Nice piece to start with. Clean it up as you get time.

Those are valuable cars that hold their value into the future.

Sweet! Welcome aboard! You will find lots of help here, lots of information, and lots and lots and lots of opinions if you ask for them... even sometimes when you don't ask for them!

Welcome from Kansas. I was in the US Air Force for 20 years and while stationed in Germany, I went to Belgium Several times. We always had a good time. The people were always exceptionally friendly, and the food and beer were amazing.

Welcome to FABO! Cool garage door!! I played a lot of darts while stationed in England.

Welcome! What is in store for your 67?
First up is a rust inspection i guess; take out seats and look under carpet (fingers crossed)
front brakes are gutted and it seems the drinker side spindle has been put back with just two bolts and no nuts...

Also plan to tickle the slant six to see if she wants to go...

Thx everyone for the warm welcome!
Although I realize i now own a money pit; I am still ecstatic about it!

I had a 170 at one time. It was a sweet motor, loved to rev. But it was not stock and was followed with a 4 speed. Good Luck!

Welp,
I emptied the car…
Most of the trim is there…
Missing the headlight (actual lenze/bulb) and wipers and side badges..
Grilles and bumpers are there, be it dinged up a bit…

I did notice someone once went around the car and cover all rust spots with polyester and resin

When i removed the back seat i could see through the wheel wells…

I made some pics of the front.
The bose used to be bright red!

Put in the original seats; at least they look good

Ive owned the car for 2 days and i’m already over my first episode of despair

Right now i’m thinking racecar …

Welcome aboard from another 67 fish owner! Love the notch backs! It doesnt look all that bad. Get it mechanically sound and worry about "the rest" later.
Have fun lots of knowledgable guys/gals here.
