My new 1973 BB Duster, how did I do?

Craig... you forgot to check the second page, haha...

And sorry this happened to you man.... its not so much e-bay as the people that use it.

Apparently that wasn't his only retaliation!

Today I got an e-mail from eBay stating that the seller has filed a complaint against me for non-payment!

I type this 30 minute response and post it and as soon as I do he closes the 'dispute' and he gets refunded for his auction fees and I get a non-paying bidder strike!!
What the ****?

Then I had to re-type the entire damn situation again to the appeals commitee.

In the end guess he does win.

Burns me up knowing he even got his auction fee refunded back!!!

God I'm sooooooo glad he didn't get a dime of my money!

That blows....I would definately persue it,......if Ebay finds he fraudulently reclaimed the fees they will nail him. He basically stole the fees from ebay and they dont care for that sort of thing. :angry7:

Of course, it depends if you want to persue it....you will have to followup I am sure.......your ebay reputation is on the line, if you care.....other than that, you arent out of anything besides time......

Me, I would persue it...I'm stubborn that way.

eBay removed my 'non-paying bidder strike'.
Now I filed a complaint against him for not following through with the ended transaction.
I highly doubt that will go anywhere, but heh, I'm going to try.
