Name that bolt! (pics)

It was used on all 340's with the factory double roller timing chain. I've never seen them on another factory setup. Of course we motorheads saw this and added the holley bolt and double roller to every engine we put together.
 
I ran across this thread the other day while searching for something else. It got me curious so I went out and checked and my 273 has 4 solid bolts(unless the hole is completely slugded up)and the plate doesn't appear to have a groove. thoughts?

Both my 67, 273 and 68, 340 have 4 solid bolts. I`ve only seen the bolt with the hole on a couple of occasions.
 
It was back about 15 pages, I go to a motorcycle forum and they chew you up one side and down another if you ask a question without trying to do a search, besides this forum is AWESOME. So much usefull information.
So I just put the cam plate and bolts back together the way I took it apart and don't worry about it?
