Need advice on convertible top (ready-made or custom)

Appreciate your advice...

Was wondering should I order ready-made top from the US like this:

and ask the local shop to fix that to the railing

Or

Just go to local upholstery shop and ask them to sample from the one on the car? Since they will be doing the seats and doorcards, might as well as them to do the top too. But at US229 its not that bad. Of coz need to pay for shipping +tax...

call your shop thats going to do the work, I know when I was getting ready to purchase a vert T-BIRD the shop that said they could get a new top was going to be the same if they made there own or bought new..... needless to say when they told me the price, I passed on the BIRD
