First off I am a dumb a$$ when it comes to wiring ..
Ok got that out of the way..
I have got an Mallory Al2 box and E-Coil and a Breakless
Dist all Mallory an all new . I am using it as a stand alone set up.
Not running it through the factory wiring. It's all wired as Mallory said to.
But I have no spark dead as dead can be.
Now I am thinking that the coil Is not compatible with the rest of my
Set up .
P/N for the al2 is 6861 M / red e- coil is 3044 / dist 4257911.
Wait I should say that the al2 is getting power it will flash the
Red light on the end of the box but that's it that telling me that
It is power up an running ok. But that's as far as it go's .
So what have I done wrong here ? Like I said I am dumb on this stuff
Sent Mallory a e mail to see what I had done wrong . They said to call them
They had some ??? For me . But I don't get off of work till 5:00 and we have a
No cell phone rule at work.

Call them when you are off work and with the car.

I can't imagine the coil choice would keep from getting a spark, unless it is bad (has an internal short). Are your using an in-line spark tester? Put one right on the output of the coil. The Mallory box (any electronic ignition) must be grounded, i.e. low resistance to BATT-. Verify with an ohmmeter.

That's for all of your guys help..
I got it fixed dumb me forgot to do something .
It fired right up an sounds great . I did have a guy from the
Next street over to check it out that's how got it sound .

That it a ten sec ride . Who cares that's not what my dart is about
Just a street ride that's all. Will post up vid of it when I get it
